During his presentation for combating crime in Nigeria, the New Minister of defence insist that Nigeria must build a comprehensive database of all the citizens. The Minister stressed that terrorism, criminality, politics, tribe, religion, ethnic differences would continue to strive if we don’t build a comprehensive database from grass-root.
Fellow Nigerians, it is 18 years BRISIN system which is the solid foundation and credibility instrument has been approved to be build in Nigeria by Federal Executive Council, In 2015 the following MDAs were inaugurated as National Technical and Implementation Committee to work with the solution providers for its successful implementation mostly to fight Social Vices.

All these agencies were sensitized on the importance of this system, the Phase1 of the project was completed but the pilot at FCT never took off, thanks to FMBEP.
Nigerians should have started experiencing a new peace and development.
Today the Federal Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning seams to be ready, but the Hon. Minister has not authorized the coordinating Department to work with FCT and the solution providers for urgent implementation even in view of the war on criminality.
